The Auburn District Nursing Association, founded in 1919, is an independent, not-for-profit agency providing home health care, preventive and public health services and health education in Auburn, Worcester and the surrounding towns.
Thanks to our dedicated staff, we provide over 19,000 home visits annually to more than 700 individuals, and over 20 individuals daily at our Adult Day Health Care Program.
Thanks to our caring clinicians, we are able to deliver personalized services.

- Skilled care for the recently hospitalized, or acute/chronic issues
- Home care to prevent hospitalizations
